Sino-Singapore (Chengdu) Innovation Park Development Co. Ltd. (SSCIP), a joint venture between Sichuan and Singapore consortiums, was incorporated in Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone in June 2012. The company is responsible for the park’s master planning, investment promotion, as well as the construction of its infrastructure and amenities.

The company has a registered capital of USD 297 million. This 50-50 joint venture company is owned by Chengdu Hi-Tech Investment Group Co. Ltd. (wholly owned by Chengdu High-Tech Zone Management Committee), and Singapore-Sichuan Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. The latter is a 50-50 joint venture owned by two Singapore Temasek-linked companies – Sembcorp Development and Ascendas-Singbridge Group.
